To make this possible, it has relied on the extensive functions of fungi, including the breakdown of complex carbon compounds. This process has now been taken to the laboratory and is capable of naturally eliminate toxins through a cost-effective and sustainable process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the remediation or elimination of toxic substances has been carried out, the resulting by-product becomes resistant to both water and fire, and can be re-manufactured into new products, allowing the recycling of components and therefore creating a circular system.
